Florence Noël

Florence Noel is a talented professional with a diverse background in technology, business, and education. She holds a Master of Science in Information with a focus on Human Computer Interaction & Social Computing from the University of Michigan, as well as Bachelor of Arts in Communications and minor in African and African American studies from Duke University. She also studied abroad at the University of Ghana. Florence has been involved with several notable organizations, including the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan, where she served as Director of Product Management and User Experience. She was also the Founder of Dear Black Women, a platform dedicated to supporting and celebrating Black women. Florence has also served as Consultant for companies like DaVita Kidney Care, Zemen Bank S.C., the New York City Department of Education, and Girls Who Code. Additionally, she has held positions such as Northeast Regional Director, Program Director and Lead Program Manager at various non-profit organizations. With her extensive experience in technology, business, and education, Florence has honed her skills in product management, user experience design, family and community engagement, and program management. Her passion for supporting underrepresented communities and promoting diversity in tech has made her a valuable asset to any team she joins.
