Ryan Dalton serves as the Senior Director of State Affairs & Government Marketing at BGR Group and is actively involved in the Democratic Governors Association (DGA) Finance Committee.

With over ten years of experience in advising the Governor and State of New York on public policy and legislative affairs at state and federal levels, Ryan has established himself as a trusted leader in areas such as state and local tax issues, healthcare policy, and infrastructure modernization.

Having pursued a BA in History and Business Administration from Fordham University, Ryan Dalton possesses a strong educational background to complement his professional expertise.

With a proven track record of working across state and party lines, Ryan is highly regarded for his strategic thinking and leadership skills when tackling a diverse range of policy and political challenges.

Ryan has held key positions such as Director of State Affairs and Deputy Director at BGR Group, as well as important roles in the Office of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo in New York including Associate Director for Federal Policy and Legislative Secretary to the Governor.
