Patricio Jutard
Patricio Jutard is an experienced entrepreneur, software designer, and project manager with a passion for team leadership and innovation. He is the founder and General Partner at Newtopia, an early-stage venture capital company that is focused on investing in 1000 startups to become the primary engine of the Latin American entrepreneurial ecosystem. Patricio is also an angel investor who runs a small angel fund called "Inspirit Angels" that has invested in over 20 startups in Latin America and targeting global markets.
With a keen interest in technology, Patricio founded MURAL, a startup that has created the first visual online collaboration platform. He helped scale the company to over 400 employees distributed in 25 countries, raising over $150 million of investment, which propelled it to become the eighth Argentine unicorn company.
Patricio is also an accomplished educator, having studied computer science engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' and completed leadership and management programs at Harvard and Stanford Universities, respectively. He has previously founded Three Melons, a game development studio that was later sold to Playdom/Disney.
Patricio is an active member of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, having been selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2008 and serving as an international judge for the Microsoft Imagine Cup in 2011 and 2012. He is a family man, with two children and a love for nature, sports, and travel.
