Maxim Shevelev is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a background in the machinery industry, negotiating, business planning, customer service, coaching, and engineering. He graduated from the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University, where he obtained his Engineer's degree of Power Systems Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering Technology, and Power Machines, and later went on to complete his Ph.D. in Technology, Machines, and technology of metal forming, PhD at Ural State Technical University. Shevelev also studied and completed IT Internship at Universiteit Gent and a Master of Business Administration - MBA, General at MBA Business School.

Shevelev held several roles throughout his career, including being the former Co-Owner & Deputy CEO, Chief strategic planning officer at ОАО "ШЗПИ" aka Shumikha Bearings, the former Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Infrared Diagnosis Center aka Центр Тепловизионной Диагностики, and former Associate Professor at Ural Federal University and Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University, among others.

Presently, Shevelev is the Chief Commercial Officer at Uraltrubprom JSC "Urals Pipe Works", where he utilizes his research experience in the industry. Despite his busy schedule, Shevelev continues to network, gather new skills, and is always open to new projects and cooperation ventures.
