Matt Verlaque

Matt Verlaque is the CEO of UpLaunch, a startup that provides fitness business owners with tools that help them manage their businesses effectively. Verlaque's experience in emergency medical services, coupled with his background in operations and management, perfectly prepared him for his role at UpLaunch.

His early education began with an Associate of Science in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from the College of Southern Maryland. He later pursued his studies at Drexel University. Along with his education, Verlaque has had practical experience in his field, working as a Fire Lieutenant at Arlington County Fire Department and a Paramedic at Charles County Emergency Services. Verlaque has also worked as an Operations Director at the National Institute of Emergency Medical Services.

Verlaque's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Run Your Gym, which has since developed into UpLaunch. UpLaunch is a game-changer in the fitness industry, providing innovative solutions that have helped over 20,000 people join local gyms.
