Rodd Bender, an accomplished environmental attorney, brings more than 23 years of experience to his work. Focusing on environmental compliance and counseling on regulatory programs, alongside development and brownfield transactions, he has a strong track record of providing expert legal guidance to clients. He has comprehensive knowledge of environmental due diligence, waste management, spill planning and response, environmental insurance, and emergency planning and community right-to-know act compliance. Bender studied at Germantown Academy, Brown University, the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and the Harvard Kennedy School. Before joining Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox LLP, Bender served as a law clerk to Hon. William T. Moore, Jr. at U.S. District Court in Southern District of Georgia and as a systems analyst at American Management Systems (AMS).
