Jen Rubio is a successful entrepreneur, investor, and startup advisor with a profound interest in commerce and emerging technology. She has vast experience in creating integrated experiences between people and brands. Jen has previously spoken at prominent events, including TEDx, Women's Wear Daily Summit, Google Atmosphere, the Inc. 500 conference, Social Media Week, SXSW, Decoded Fashion, Social Retail Summit, iMedia Brand Summit, and Brand Innovators.

Jen has also worked as Global Head of Innovation for AllSaints and Head of Social Media at Warby Parker. She co-founded Away, a leading travel brand that designs innovative luggage that's smartly designed and approachable for everyone. Jen has also served as a mentor/judge during several Startup Weekend and Decoded Fashion hackathons. She is a member of the inaugural class of Levo League mentors and has taught at Miami Ad School and guest-lectured at Hyper Island, NYU, UPenn, Northwestern, and Harvard.
