Caitlin McCurdy is an accomplished fitness professional with a diverse and extensive background in health science, coaching, and personal training. She began her education at the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied health science and worked as a physical therapy aide. Caitlin also pursued her passion for psychology and speech language pathology at the University of Iowa, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts. Throughout her career, she has held numerous titles, including Head Fitness Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, and Owner and Head Coach of Iron Roots Strength Academy, where she specialized in kettlebell instruction and functional movement. Caitlin has also had the distinction of being an Associate Head Coach at California Elite Field Hockey and serving as an Assistant Coach at UC Berkeley and Stanford University.
