Janice Le is a seasoned marketing athlete and product leader with over 20 years of experience in tech domains spanning various areas such as enterprise networking, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and video. She has a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from San Jose State University and an MS in Telecommunications Management with a focus on Wireless and Security from Golden Gate University.

Apart from being a tech enthusiast, Janice is also a fighter in life. As a child, she left Vietnam with her family after the war, and despite medical challenges, she was able to thrive and build an illustrious career in tech. She strongly believes in action and aims to help others reach excellence while making every day worthwhile.

Janice is currently the Chief Market, Product Officer at Helpshift, where she brings her diverse skill set to the table to create winning teams, challenge the status quo, and get things done the right way. She is a GTM strategist in the Enterprise & Mid-Market, with successes in new/adjacent market entry and global market expansion.
