Mihai Olaru is an experienced IT and software development project manager with a background in telecommunications software and network technologies. He is an Agile trainer and coach, promoting empowered teams and individual commitment as key factors for success. Mihai is a certified PMP, PMI-ACP, ScrumMaster, and Product Owner. He is also a Professional Scrum Master level II certified by Scrum.org.

Having studied Telecommunications Networks and Software at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, Mihai has worked with Avangate and ITC Networks as a project and program manager, respectively. He also co-founded BRYX and tutored at CODECS.

As an Agile coach, Mihai is dedicated to building powerful teams and promoting agile business environments. He has implemented Agile Scrum in cross-functional teams and gained the CMMI Level 2. Mihai is a fan of Theory Y and purpose-driven motivation, believing they're key for achieving success.
