Andy McKay is an accomplished engineering manager with a passion for developing large web applications using open source languages and tools. With a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath and additional studies at BCIT, McKay has worked for top organizations such as GitHub and Mozilla in senior engineering and development roles. Prior to that, he served as the President of Clearwind Consulting, the Head of CMS Development at Blue Fountain Systems, and the CTO-Co-Founder at Enfold Systems. McKay has also worked as a web developer at Activestate. Currently, he serves as the Director of Software Engineering at GitHub.
