Developed automated deployment strategy using a hubot-based API with Ansible to build EC2-based immutable infrastructure. Developed Redis Pubsub infrastructure with private Ruby gem to manage communication between core app and services. Developed 2 Chrome extensions using React to increase customer productivity from within Gmail and LinkedIn. Managed and implemented third-party integrations (ie. Zapier, AppDirect, etc.). Engineering Team Lead

Architect and build social application that leveraged social data on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to introduce you to people you don’t know, but should have. I was responsible for design and development of Ruby on Rails web application and developed proprietary matching algorithm using Elasticsearch and Ruby based on social profile data. I built a people matching feature for SXSW in 4 days, leading to press coverage in Mashable, TechCrunch, and PandoDaily. I also managed the Linux-based network infrastructure hosted on Heroku and EC2.
