Kaushik Sivasubramanian has over 12 years of diverse experience in the fields of human development, non-profit education, construction, transportation, and energy sectors. He has a proven track record of leadership and collaboration, associated with consulting, project management, system integration, intrapreneurship, government relations, operations, and technical roles. He has studied All India Senior School Certificate Examination(AISSCE) at Bala Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, St Michael's Academy, and has a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Starting his career as Officer- Projects and Purchase in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, he then worked at Bombardier, holding positions like Environmental Engineer, Senior Environmental Engineer, and Senior Systems Engineer. Later, he joined Central Square Foundation as Senior Program Manager and worked his way to Project Director - Mission Schools of Excellence and Senior Program Manager - State Reform, Delhi Project Management Unit. He then moved to Reach to Teach, where he serves as State Head - Gujarat.

Kaushik enjoys connecting diverse stakeholders and coming up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
