Greg Erman, a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader in the fields of biotech, medical devices, and digital health, is the President & CEO of EmpiraMed, Inc., a digital health company that generates Real World Evidence for the Life Science Industry through virtual clinical studies. With over 10 years of experience as the first Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Partners HealthCare, Greg collaborated on more than 250 life science research projects. He has raised approximately $100M in venture capital and successfully grew businesses to $20M in annual revenue with 150 employees. Greg holds BSEE and Marketing MBA degrees with high honors from Rutgers University and sits on several biotech and digital health corporate boards of directors, where he showcases his expertise in strategy development, intellectual property, and commercialization. Additionally, he is an angel investor and a part-time paid entrepreneurship lecturer at Harvard Medical School. Greg's passion for entrepreneurship and community building extends beyond his professional life, as he volunteers as a mentor and judge for Harvard Innovation Labs, MassChallenge, MIT, and MassBio, on the boards of non-profit organizations, such as Life Science Cares and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts. He is an avid coastal sailor, jazz trumpeter, and tennis player.
