Joshua Straub is an author, speaker, and leadership coach with a focus on family wellness and emotional intelligence. He holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and a PhD in Professional Counseling, and has worked as an executive pastor, therapist intern, and associate professor. Straub is the president of Famous at Home, a company that provides leaders and organizations with the tools to create healthy family systems and promote emotional safety. He has authored/co-authored six books and is a Fellow of the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling. Straub and his wife, Christi, co-host the Famous at Home podcast and work together to support military families across the country.
