Candace Tabor

Candace Tabor is an accomplished finance executive with a proven track record of leading complex corporate finance departments. She started her career in Navistar Inc.'s International Finance Group and held multiple roles, including Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager for Mexico, Brazil, & Export, and Finance Manager at Navistar Defense. Candace then became CFO of Navistar Defense, managing the finances of the entire division during the height of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. In recognition of her contributions, she received two awards and an Honorary Service Member Award from the Department of Defense.

In 2014, Candace joined Sears Holdings as Divisional Vice President and CFO of the Tools division, where she improved operational effectiveness by consolidating redundancies. She progressed to finance leader of Sporting Goods, Toys, and the Shop Your Way online platform in 2016.

Candace is currently the Head of Finance and CFO at Luna On-Demand Physical Therapy and has also served as Interim CFO at Vital Care Industries, Inc.

Candace holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
