Jaemin Roh is a Senior Lecturer and the Head of the Korean Program at Boston University, where he teaches a variety of Korean language courses. Having earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, Roh continued his education in the United States, completing his Ph.D. in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from Harvard University. Prior to joining Boston University, Roh taught at Harvard University, Tufts University, and Seoul National University. He has also presented papers and delivered lectures at numerous conferences and academic institutions both in the United States and in South Korea. In his current role, Roh oversees the Korean Program and its courses, curriculum, and faculty while also continuing to teach and mentor students.
