Rafik Lawendy is a global business leader with 17 years of marketing and commercial experience under his belt. He has worked with big brands, such as Cadbury, PepsiCo, and Kellogg, spearheading their marketing and growth strategies. He is passionate about developing the youth and fostering experiential learning. He has lived in different cities, such as Cairo, Dubai, NY, and Chicago, giving him exposure to different cultures and perspectives.
Lawendy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics with a Finance Concentration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and International Business from The American University in Cairo. Throughout his career, Lawendy has held various global roles, including Senior Marketing Director of the Global Pringles & Salty Snacks, Global Growth Team at Kellogg Company, Senior Marketing Director of the Global Beverage Group at PepsiCo, and Marketing Director of the Global Beverage Group at PepsiCo, among others.
As an accomplished and respected marketing leader, Lawendy has managed billion-dollar brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Pepsi, 7UP, Mountain Dew, and Pringles. He is proficient in leading matrixed teams across continents, using his strategic marketing and business acumen.
