Kristofor Lofgren is a principal at Redefine Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investing in food and agriculture businesses. He has a passion for promoting sustainable living and doing good in the world. His education includes studying liberal arts, political science, and American studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and completing a venture capital executive program at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Additionally, he earned a certification in management accounting from Portland State University.

Before joining Redefine Ventures, Lofgren served as the CEO of Sustainable Restaurant Group, which owns and operates Bamboo Sushi, the world's first sustainable sushi restaurant. He also previously held the position of CEO at K2 Investments.
