Bill Link is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, and more. With an educational background in both law and history, Link brings a unique perspective to the table. He has managed HR operations, led HR teams, created total rewards systems, and designed development programs and retention strategies for a variety of organizations. In addition, he has project-managed shared services migrations and HRIS system conversions. Link has worked in international settings and has consulted with many top CIOs and CHROs, as well as other business leaders. He has also authored several articles and thought leadership pieces while presenting at numerous professional conferences.

Currently serving as V.P. of HR and Operations for Digital Transformation Consultant at 2THEDGE Labs, Link has previously worked as a Technical Writer/Blogger at Can-Do Ideas, was a former HR Community of Practice Strategy Consultant at Gartner, and an Associate Professor and Course/Curriculum Designer at University of Phoenix. He has also worked as a Global Business Partner/HR Director at Solectron, as well as in human resources at MCI.
