Serviced and created soccer training programs for youth soccer clubs to increase soccer provisions and provide age/ability appropriate curriculums delivered by professional coaches. Directed operations of 3,500-member youth soccer organization: Organized all club events, improved player development provisions, coordinated large tournaments, managed $500K+ budget, and served as pivotal member of Board of Directors.  • Spearheaded the clubs sponsorship program generating $20,000 in three months. • Organized large-scale tournaments and soccer events, turning a net profit of $80,000. • Increased player development provisions including Skills Challenge Day with over 30% of membership attending, improved coaching standards and accountability, plus player evaluations process. • Coordinated a volunteer program and implemented an incentive program, which increased volunteer hours from 1,000 man hours to over 3,000 man hours performed annually additional to the clubs core responsibilities (coaches, program directors and board of directors), generating over $50,000 net profit.
