Paige Welborn is a yoga and dance instructor, health and wellness advocate, and founder of The Hot, Healthy & Happy Sisterhood. With years of experience in the fitness industry, Welborn is a certified Buti Yoga Master Trainer, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, and a trained dancer. She has also received certification as a counselor in the Compassionate Integration Method of counseling and is a meditation teacher.

Welborn's passion for health and wellness stems from her personal health struggles, including extreme fatigue, digestive issues, acne, and PCOS. Through her own journey to optimal health and wellness, Welborn has dedicated her career to helping others achieve the same.

In addition to teaching group classes and private clients, Welborn hosts retreats and workshops in New York and beyond. Her program, The Hot, Healthy & Happy Sisterhood, is designed to help women balance their chakras and achieve optimal health and confidence.

Welborn's professional experience also includes roles as a recruiter and human resources coordinator for companies such as Theory and Uniqlo. She has also founded her own wellness company, Alight Wellness, and served as a host for The Green Paige.
