Jennifer Connors is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in education and management. She currently serves as an Assistant Director at the University of Washington, where she provides guidance and support for the institution's academic programs and student services. With a deep commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students, Jennifer has become known for her dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and access across the University's various departments and programs. In her role as Assistant Director, she has also been instrumental in developing new initiatives to address student needs and support their success, including a range of mentorship and scholarship opportunities.
Before joining the University of Washington, Jennifer held a variety of positions in education and management, including roles at several other leading institutions in the region. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's degree from Seattle University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
