Key Accomplishments:
-  Led development of e.l.f.’s first digitally-led brand campaign designed to position the brand as an extraordinary value in a saturated cosmetics and skincare category, beating all online test benchmarks.
-  Following e-commerce site migration to Salesforce, collaborated across disciplines on an internal business transformation effort designed to improve and differentiate e.l.f.’s customer experience by better leveraging multiple consumer data sources within the company.
-  Built and managed internal Social Media team. Tripled engagement rates (with no paid media support) across e.l.f. social media platforms in first 3 months through insight and KPI-led content test-and-learn strategy. Beat historic organic follower growth rates on Instagram by 33% within first 3 months.
-  Drove customer service optimizations by upleveling community management presence, resulting in higher consumer engagement and positive brand sentiment across our social platforms, better reviews (and higher SEO) for our brick-and-mortar retail locations, increased access to trend information and insights via bi-weekly roll-ups that were shared across the company from Marketing to R&D, and more flexibility to add/delete support during heavier call periods (e.g. Holiday, site re-platform etc.).

Key Accomplishments:
-  Spearheaded the development of Avon’s “You Make It Beautiful” global brand campaign designed to appeal to a younger, more global and socially active female audience. Collaborated with regional and local market leads and internal stakeholders to tie this into an overall business transformation that included product and packaging optimizations and a new digitally led marketing approach.
-  Collaborated with external agencies and internal marketing and country leads to develop competitive and disruptive product launch strategies, creative, media and activation campaigns for 20+ global launches and 40+ regional launches per year. Media responsibilities included ATL (TV, Print) media plan threshold setting, strategy and planning for Avon's 35+ global advertising markets in partnership with our global media agency.
-  Developed new Global Advertising Process transformation internally, creating new internal processes, organizational structures and ways of working as well as achieving significant production cost savings of $29million over 4 years, without sacrificing level or quality of output.
-  Managed up to 20 direct reports with 100% retention rate.

Executive Director, Global Advertising Creative & Media

Helped lead the growth of iris’ New York operations, with a focus on growing the agency’s revenue, reputation and capabilities across North America.

Key Accomplishments:
-  Grew the COTY business from .01 to ~20% of agency revenue in 2 years through partnering with brand owners to tackle how traditional ad campaigns could extend into innovative and “best in class” digital online experiences for several Prestige & Beauty brand launches including Sarah Jessica Parker Fragrances, Rimmel, Nautica, and cK.

-  Oversaw strategic, advertising communications development for several key agency accounts including: NOS Energy drink, Russian Standard Vodka, Nautica Apparel and Office Depot.  This included developing annual marketing plans to support client growth targets which included: TV, Print, Digital and POS asset creation, and collaborating with partner agencies to set metrics and key performance indicators to measure overall campaign effectiveness/ROI.

- Worked with regional Ogilvy offices (Chicago, San Paolo, China, Dusseldorf, London) to create global Activation toolkits for several high profile launches (and re-launches) including the Dove Core, Pro-Age, Energy Glow, Calming Night & Firming franchises.
