Roberto Kaestner is an accomplished lawyer with extensive experience in business consultation and litigation, catering to national and international companies. He is a professor in disciplines related to corporate law and has been recognized multiple times for his excellence, being honored as the Paraninfo in 2015 and Patrono in 2016.

With a Bachelor's degree in law and an LL.M. in Business Law from the Fundação Getulio Vargas, Roberto has also completed an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Insper, as well as a research Master's degree in Law & Society from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Currently, he is pursuing another Master's degree in Law at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. He was part of the Internationalization Program of the FGV Direito Rio, where he studied for a semester in a Master's program in Law and Business at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon.

Roberto's professional experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados, where he has been able to employ his expertise in corporate law, with particular emphasis on corporate litigation, and advise clients in a variety of sectors. He is also interested in and currently researching about the hold harmless clause for directors of publicly traded companies.
