Sophie Hilaire is a highly accomplished business professional with a diverse background in management, consulting, and military service. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Management and Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy, Sophie pursued her passion for language and literature by studying French at various institutions, including the Université catholique de Lyon and Middlebury College. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the prestigious Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sophie's professional journey began with her service in the United States Army, where she held various high-level roles including Deputy Executive Officer and Munitions Branch Chief for the Eighth Army. Her military experience honed her leadership skills and taught her the importance of teamwork, logistics, and effective communication in demanding environments.

After leaving the military, Sophie joined McKinsey & Company as a Manager. In this role, she helps clients solve complex business problems, implementing effective strategies, and driving growth.
