Dr. Jeff Banas is an accomplished doctor, coach, author, and endurance athlete with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Fellow of the International Academy of Clinical Acupuncture, among other professional certifications. Dr. Banas has competed in nine Ironman Triathlons and uses his personal experience to coach and train individuals for weight loss, muscle strength, wellness, and sports performance.
