Managing Agile development projects for T-Mobile  as a scrum master, grew a team from 1 to 6 developers in multiple geographies.Accountable for plan and scope commitments as well as for quality, timeliness and budgetary constraints. Responsible for communicating and translating non-technical to technical requirements. Responsible for both professional and care team management.
