Sara Jones, CEO of InclusionPro, is an accomplished consultant with over 20 years of experience in vision, diversity and inclusion, talent, workforce, operations, partnerships, content/product, fundraising and legal strategies. A graduate in Law from Brigham Young University—J. Reuben Clark Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah, Sara has consulted over 140 groups and executive teams on inclusive leadership and high performing teams. Her stellar client list includes companies from the technology, engineering, manufacturing, financial services, legal services, e-commerce, distribution and nonprofit organizations. TED featured her TEDxSaltLakeCity talk about transracial adoption, and Sara was recently honored as a 2021 Utah Business Magazine’s CEO of the year, and Women in IT’s Diversity initiative of the year award. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Intermountain Healthcare Salt Lake Valley Hospitals and the Utah State Workforce Development Board. Moreover, she is a co-founder of the national organization Women Tech Council, which focuses on the economic impact of women in driving high growth for the technology sector.
