Doron Bar-Shalom is a highly experienced and versatile professional with over 30 years of experience in engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and quality management across both defense and commercial domains. He has held various leadership positions, from managing small teams of 20 to large-scale, multidisciplinary projects. With a strong educational background in mechanical engineering, law, and computer science, he boasts an impressive list of certifications, including Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) from ALD Institute.

Currently, Doron serves as the VP of UAS Safety & QMS Aerospace Division at Elbit Systems Ltd., where he oversees safety and quality management across the board. Before joining Elbit Systems Ltd., he was Quality Manager at HP and Consultant at ST-Technologies. Doron also served in the Israeli Air Force as Branch Head and Commander of the mechanical shop at the Air Force Depot and Aircraft Modernization Program Manager.

In addition to his technical expertise, Doron is a seasoned business strategist with a strong understanding of finance, accounting, HR management, and business development. He has a proven track record of initiating and directing technological ventures and collaborating with academic institutions, industry, and government agencies.
