Jon Low is a seasoned leadership coach and communication advisor with a passion for helping founders and their teams discover and express their natural talents. With vast experience in design, engineering, training, facilitation, and systems modeling, he has guided several notable organizations, including Qualio, JobEasy, FLYR, Bolt, CTO.ai, KYC Hospitality, Social Starts, Streamlined Ventures, Omidyar Network, and Nike Valiant Labs.

Jon is also a successful author and writer, having ghostwritten several best-selling books, including a New York Times bestseller. He has delivered talks and facilitated workshops in the United States, Australia, Singapore, and South-East Asia. He holds a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo from Kukkiwon and a BComm/Engineering (Honors) degree from the University of Sydney.

Prior to joining Valence Advisory, Jon served as the Director of Enrollment & Communications at NLP Marin, a renowned training organization. His areas of expertise include leadership coaching, communication counsel, talent development, and system modeling. Jon also enjoys surfing, martial arts, writing, and watching Netflix in his free time.
