Elizabeth Rutherfurd is an accomplished Regional Sales Director at WorkBoard Inc. with a broad range of experience in strategic advising, client portfolio management, engagement management, and communication and change management consulting. Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of New Mexico - Robert O. Anderson School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in German Language and Literature and Russian Studies.

Elizabeth has worked with a variety of organizations, including Future State, where she served as both a Strategic Advisor and Client Portfolio Director, and The Art of Yoga Project, where she was Development Director. Additionally, Elizabeth has owned and operated her own consulting and guiding businesses, Buena Vista Consulting and Sotol Mountain Guides, respectively.
