We have ingested 38 Billion transactional records from 6 different System Of Records (SORs), enabling us to understand our consumers' behavior holistically.
- Delivery Manager at Product & Technology – 2/1/2019 – 8/1/2020 - Managed and deployed SAP APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer), SAP BW, HANA, Process Optimization, and Reporting to production. Collaborated with the DevOps, security, onshore/offshore vendors Dev/QA/UAT teams to successfully integrate Sprint / TMO SAP and critical/high priority features. Utilized JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, and various tools to manage Agile ceremonies. 
- TPM at Network Technology (NPPI) – 11/19/2017 - 2/1/2019 - Managed and communicated the development teams' product/feature deployment of NPPI within the Network Technology organization, partnering with numerous network engineers, Business, and Product Owner teams outside of engineering to drive deployments for the broader organization. 
- Mobile App Project Manager – 5/19/2016 – 11/19/2017 - Managed Beta/Adoption/Deployment of "NPPI Insights" and "OneScore" Mobile App of React Native iOS and Android to production. Collaborated with the Dev and cross-functional teams and mitigated/resolved 70% of these JIRA tickets to a manageable volume successfully.

- EPIC Upgrade: Managed several key project implementations, including Epic 2012 and Epic 2010 upgrades. Adopted PMI methodology, Auditing Compliance, utilized Lessons-Learned, AppV packaging, improved work processes, testing, and user training, which reduced the Epic 2010 cycle time from one year to six months.
