Mark Hurst is an experienced entrepreneur, radio host, author, and consultant with expertise in improving the customer experience. He founded Creative Good in 1997 and has since provided strategy consulting to top-tier clients in various fields, including retail, finance, media, and more. As an author, Hurst has written two influential books, including "Customers Included," which describes how companies must include customers in strategic decision making, and "Bit Literacy," which presents an approach to productivity in the digital age. Hurst is also the founder and host of Gel conferences and Skeptech events and the creator of Good Todo, the world's first online to-do list. He studied Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has held various roles throughout his career, including Director of Product Development at Yoyodyne Entertainment and Instructor of MFA Interaction Design at the School of Visual Arts.
