Dylan Wade, an experienced and accomplished legal and investment professional, has been a key player in the venture capital and media/entertainment industries for nearly 25 years. He is the Chief Legal Officer and Member founder of Quorumm Digital Ventures, where he has been responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and closing seed and A rounds since the firm's inception in 2008. With expertise in M&A, intellectual property, internet patents, corporate strategy, and implementation of turnaround activities, Dylan brings a unique perspective and skill set to his current role.

Prior to being a legal partner for Ignitumm Venture Capital, where he led early-stage internet investments, Dylan was an audit manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers. He has also held interim management roles as a consultant with both public and private firms and assisted in restructuring situations for start-up and growth companies.

Dylan holds an M.A. in economics and law from Downing College, Cambridge University. Outside of work, Dylan is an avid runner and has successfully completed ten marathons. He also has a real affinity for French wines and golf.
