Jen Topping is a highly accomplished and experienced business, strategy, and leadership consultant with a focus on creative companies ranging from TV production, broadcasters, publishers, digital content businesses, charities to arts organizations. She is adept at defining business strategies, evaluating development slates, building financial forecasting tools, coming up with growth plans, and planning for significant operational and cultural change. With a keen interest in media and digital technology, Jen specializes in multiplatform model transitions and has helped numerous media organizations in editorial, social, staffing, technical, commercial, and operational aspects. Before her consulting career, Jen held various leadership positions in digital content, products, and services for major TV broadcasters, publishers, games, and tech companies including Microsoft/Xbox and Channel 4. Jen successfully completed an MBA and began her career as a journalist with the BBC and newspapers. She is also the former vice-chair of BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) and served on the advisory board of the St Kilda center, a new heritage center in the Outer Hebrides. Currently, Jen is working as a consultant at Booker Prize Foundation and is open to helping content businesses and organizations.
