•	Enterprise Data Warehouse &amp; Data integration hub – Consolidated information from across the organization in order to develop an atomic level warehouse and allow applications to be developed from the integrated operational data store.
•	Advertising Sales Data Mart – Developed a mart to analyze advertising time slot sales and calculate sales commissions. 
•	Sales Planning tool – Budget and planning tool based on available advertising time driven by planned program air schedule.
•	Event scheduling tool – Developed an application and rules engine to schedule secondary events (“Bugs”) to be aired with each program like Rating, simulcasts and information.
•	Lifetime Media Viewer –Application to view low resolution content within the organization.  This application also consolidated metadata like rights and air dates among others.

Nic had primary responsibility for strategic oversight over the successful delivery of the Enterprise Data Warehouse project. During his time at Emblem he worked on several successful initiatives that include:
•	Development of Enterprise Data Warehouse – Architected and implemented a multi-year data warehouse initiative that harmonized, conformed and integrated subject areas like Member, Provider, Employer Group, Claims, payment, Billing, Benefits and Broker. The warehouse provides operational data access to Call Center, IVR and Web Applications as well as analytics to business including Finance and Actuarial.   
•	Data Quality and Governance – Initiated Quality and governance programs with business and data owner to proactively maintain and rectify data in the source systems.
•	Compliance reporting initiatives – Facilitated compliance reporting and vendor extracts. Also developed Assurance of Discontinuance application to rectify provider directory information. 
•	M&amp;A Strategy – worked with the HIP CTO to define the merger and accusation strategy during a recent merger.
•	Care management implementation – Assisted in the care management implementation and reporting initiatives.

Nick was responsible for managing, architecting and delivering well over 35 successful projects since 2003. During this time he worked closely with the County to define and deliver on a strategic and tactical long term vision for the county. The key focus is to bring together silos of information contained in different organizations in the County together and make it available both internally and externally. This included architecting, building and delivering systems that relate to:
•	Auto Redaction Application – This application performed Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on all filed document images and masked all sensitive information like social security number.
•	Indexing, Storage and Retrieval Applications – Data content consisted of Court Minutes, Lis Pendens, Consumer Affairs, Abandonments, Liens, Deeds, Mortgages, Historical Maps, Filed Maps, Civil Judgement, Criminal Judgments and Business Certificates. 
•	Virtual Kiosk – Delivered an award winning web based kiosk where the employees and constituents can retrieve all content stored at the county.  This system set Suffolk County apart from the rest as it generates significant revenue.
