Mitch Sharpe is an experienced service designer with an educational background in business studies from Nottingham Law School. Previously, Sharpe served as Service Transition Manager at Norton Rose Fulbright and Global ITSM and Transformation Project Manager at QBE Insurance. Sharpe has worked with various organizations like Balfour Beatty PLC, Royal Mail, Betfair, GSK, Unilever, and Home Office in different IT roles.

Over the years, Sharpe has amassed expertise in service designing, service management, ITSM, IT operating model, IT programme management, and supplier management. Sharpe is currently serving as a service designer at Deloitte, where he is responsible for designing and delivering effective service strategies for clients.
