Katee Peek is a highly accomplished and goal-oriented professional with over ten years of experience in scaling programs, measuring outcomes, and providing thought leadership around workforce development and chronic homelessness. She holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University and has completed a certificate in business analytics at Harvard Business School Online. Katee's specialties include nonprofit consulting, strategic planning, scaling initiatives, problem-solving, leadership, hiring and retaining, people management, employee development, operational management, and collaboration.

Katee is currently serving as the Director of Career Readiness at Year Up and has previously held leadership roles at Hamilton Families, Neurodiversity Pathways, and Generation. She is passionate about diagnosing the root problems and finding creative, innovative solutions to the gaps she sees in the system. Katee believes that collective efforts can help solve some of the long-standing, systemic challenges that the United States has been facing.

In her free time, Katee enjoys outdoor adventures and playing basketball. She was a Counseling Psychology Graduate Student Association Vice President during her time at Santa Clara University and has experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Stars Behavioral Health Group. Katee has also worked as a Project Manager at William Jessup University, Program Director at TeenForce, and Data Evaluator at Google.
