Yoad Snapir is a seasoned software professional with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv. Snapir has over 15 years of experience as a software architect and developer, constantly seeking to improve engineering cultures around him.

He has studied Software Architecture at IDesign Project Design Master Class and IDesign Architect's Master Class. Snapir's expertise extends to complex systems analysis, research, and abstract thinking. He has a track record of efficiently covering large surface areas during research to arrive at innovative solutions.

In addition to his software background, he was a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant at Xact Soft and the SAP Basis Team Leader at the Israel Defense Forces.

Snapir is the Co-Founder and CTO of Wescover, and previously served as the Technology Advisor for Jivy Group and Quantitive Analyst at Quintessence. He was also the CTO for MarketsPulse and Jivy Group and XPG Live Dealer Casino.

Finally, he holds a deep understanding that software could be made better and considers himself a shareholder in every organization, taking great care to understand the vision, consider the longevity of the organization, and not be wasteful with assigned resources.
