Manage web services development for the SyPI (Synchrony Plug-In) platform. Working in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master and Project Manager leading a team of both on & off shore tech-leads, developers and quality assurance resources. Web services are developed for use across Synchrony digital platforms, but primarily used for SyPI, a retail mobile app plug-in. Perform quality assurance & user acceptance testing for all services integrated into SyPI. Participate in all client launches. Work closely with the SyPI product manager, internal key stakeholders including steering committees, executive leadership and clients such as Walmart, Amazon, Gap, JC Penney, Marvel, Lowes & many other major retailers. Hold daily Stand-Ups, weekly/monthly Agile ceremonies as well as external client status meetings and full internal team monthly status meetings.

As a Senior Project Manager I produce online and interactive marketing projects including Microsites, Landing Pages and Email Sends with time sensitive deliverables. Managed the development of a fully customized internet marketing web 2.0 application for Murphy & Co.'s top client, Accenture. Work closely with both the M&Co. development, creative, quality assurance and information architecture teams as well as many diverse client side internet marketing teams. Scope project deliverables, costs and timelines. Manage all facets of a project providing weekly status reports as well as holding weekly staff and team meetings for individual projects.

The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to helping individuals with rare "orphan" diseases. As NORD's Web Producer and IT Manager I developed and executed internet marketing campaigns including the design and creation of micro-sites, email newsletters, flyers, and other web/print related materials. Updated and maintained company web site (design, content, and SEO). Designed and developed a new web-based intranet running in a MySQL environment which replaced NORD's outdated Access databases. Implemented a Web 2.0 Social Networking web site. Managed off-site web developers. Responsible for daily upkeep of office network and technical support for all workstations.  Managed all IT consulting staff and third party vendors.

Cosential is a web application company devoted to building powerful, and useful tools for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry. During my time at Cosential as  Project Manager I supervised daily activities of the Web Production/Graphic Design Department.  Designed and built corporate database driven web sites within the AEC industry, as well as extensive contribution in the development of Cosential's web-based content management application.  Communicated with client's marketing and technical staff during the design and build process of web sites.  Worked closely with Internal Sales, Customer Service and Marketing Department staff. Managed all third party vendors.

Cornish Productions is a Multi-Media production company providing marketing, industrial and commercial video, web sites and photography needs to their clients. As Production Manager for Cornish Productions I was responsible for all aspects of video editing including logging and digitizing footage (Avid Media Composer).  Participated in all aspects of on-location video shoots.  Hired freelance artists to facilitate all projects.  Constructed and maintained internal web site using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Netobjects Fusion.  Maintained communication with all clients and vendors.
