Dean Griffiths, PhD, is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices industries. He has worked with top management teams at companies in Europe, North America, and Asia to design and implement successful strategies to drive corporate and commercial growth.

Dean has a strong track record of working on equity investment opportunities, directing clinical development and manufacturing due diligences, and developing commercial strategies in digital health. He has also planned for organizational change at large pharmaceutical companies before loss of exclusivity of their leading brands, and directed the creation of a strategy to prioritize investments to enable a more impactful R&D process for personalized healthcare portfolios.

He studied Stem Cell Biology for his PhD at The University of Edinburgh, and earned his BSc in Molecular Genetics at King's College London. He has held various positions at IQVIA, starting as a Research Associate and moving up to Associate Principal and finally to his current position as Principal. He has also worked as a Consultant at IMS Consulting Group and Cambridge Consultants, and as a Senior Research Associate at the University of Cambridge.
