We believe that you can create your direction forward when you learn how to apply the possibilities of the future to your organization. Where you will end up in due time is not only determined by where you want to go, but also by where you are today and where you came from before. Minkowski helps organizations to apply futures (short term and long term), so they can identify what’s next for them and how to respond to the world changing around them. We give agency to people in organizations by designing collaborative interventions around the most important questions for their future. In highly customized sessions we work with challenging future thinkers and scientists, well-trained facilitators, experienced business coaches and innovators and people from your organization to empower you to lead the change as opposed to succumb to it. Yvette challenges people to re-connect with each other and the changing world we live in, to be able to anticipate to change sooner and more meaningful, in various types of pressure-cooking settings and transformation programs.

Yvette brings a network of strategic facilitators and creatives. We are united in our worldview: the belief that you need to embrace change to be able to deal with it effectively. We have been questioning our financial, media, retail, travel, education – leaders for the last couple of years on their vision of the future and their strategy to engage that future with their companies and customers. There was one thing that triggered us: these leaders all agreed that the success of creating a more beautiful future lies in those that have the imagination to dream and the guts to act. So jump down the rabbit hole with us, and find your own pathway to your future.

Yvette has helped numerous organisations such as KondorWessels Vastgoed, Amsterdam UMC, MBO College Airport, ROCvA, Telegraaf Media Group, Deloitte, the Municipality of Amsterdam, KPN, Natuurmonumenten, Essent, with co-creating future vision and innovation strategies, using the power of storytelling to drive change. Yvette is also an experienced teacher: from teaching students from the Amsterdam College about scenario planning to training executives about moonshot thinking and the power of questions.
