This includes order entry and tracking, reports and communications with agency buyers and assistants. My responsibilities include:-Working daily on accounts including The Home Depot, Delta Airlines, Moe's Southwest Grill, General Motors, Toyota, Ram Trucks, Wendy's, Krystal, Georgia Power, and Men's Wearhouse. -Providing sales support by answering phones; posting orders; writing up new orders; communication with buyers, agency assistants, sales managers and Traffic.-Creating Excel reports in support of the sales function.-Using Wide Orbit, Strata, and Nielsen to input orders, post ratings, resolve discrepancies, file orders and process make-goods.

Fox Sports South & SportSouth

As the Office Assistant at Fox Sports South/SportSouth I work closely alongside multiple departments including Programming, Media Relations, Sales, Network Presentation and Marketing. In charge of overseeing opening and closing of store, performing regular transactions, maintaining an individual bank, and preparing deposit paperwork for accounting.Great track record for success. Specifically from July 2010 - April 2011 I averaged a 44% improvement overall on the bottom line from what is expected compared to actual in the budget. Recipient of ‘Star Performer’ award, the company’s equivalent for employee of the month.
