Currently building a highly efficient, ethical, and customer focused interest rate derivatives desk that has quickly grown top line revenue year-over-year while maintaining a lean and expense conscious startup culture. Responsibilities include sales and marketing of derivatives products, managing trading relationships, trading liquidity and execution, design and implementation of both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms, credit reporting and monitoring, development of policies and procedures, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and research and implementation of new technology to improve operational efficiency.

Knowledge of swap and options products including vanilla swaps and options, collars, corridors, cancelables, knockout swaps, pre-issuance hedging, curve trades, spreads, and cross currency swaps.
