Bijal Hayes-Thakore, also known as Bee, is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in product marketing, strategy, consulting, and engineering. Her passion lies in using technology to solve customer problems and empower people. Bee has held various executive positions across major corporations such as Arm, Premier Farnell, and Rolls-Royce, where she has successfully built, scaled, and optimized products. She is an expert in aligning, leading, and growing world-class teams and a sought-out advisor for uncovering the hidden magic in data analysis and executive-level presentations. Bee is also an advocate for sustainability, gender equality, and STEM uptake. She serves on the Board of Directors of The Planetary Society, the world's largest space advocacy group, and led the EMEA Marketing Program for the IoT Services Group at Arm. Additionally, Bee has a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Space Management from the International Space University, and is a former Teaching Associate at the organization. Alongside her professional endeavors, Bee also enjoys motherhood and spends time with her 2.5-year-old child.
