Anne Shaw is a well-rounded attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, bankruptcy filings, and transactional law. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from DePaul University. With a commitment to personalized and cost-effective legal services, she founded Shaw Legal Services, Ltd - a minority and women-certified law firm that caters to businesses, property owners, and individuals.

Anne has successfully represented clients in diverse areas of law, including personal injury, civil rights, commercial and estate litigation, condominium and real estate law, debt collection, family law, admiralty and maritime law, and administrative hearings. She also offers legal counsel on bankruptcy filings, start-up businesses, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements, asset purchase agreements, and commercial and residential leases, among others.

Before starting her own practice, Anne held several positions in other law firms, including Senior Associate at Law Offices of Robert Orman and Of Counsel at SLS Law, Inc. She was also a Summer Associate at Sonnenberg Anderson.
