Graham Anthony is a seasoned Board Member and Executive, with over a decade of experience leading companies in the Artificial Intelligence and Lifescience industries. With a strong background in strategy, growth planning, acquisitions, and fundraising, Anthony has helped corporations, private equity firms, and venture capital investors achieve significant top and bottom line growth. Anthony's expertise spans several industries, including Big Data and Cloud-Based Services, Publishing, Retail, Manufacturing, CRM / ERP Enabling Technologies, and Biotechnology. Anthony is an accomplished dealmaker who has completed 24 profitable acquisitions and six divestitures on behalf of private equity clients, in addition to leading public and private financing rounds. He has published industry research and presented at 15 conferences. Anthony has also built and invested in early-stage ventures, achieving substantial cash-on-cash returns for himself and his affiliated investors.

Anthony holds an MBA from the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, as well as a BA in English Literature from the same institution. He also attended Phillips Academy, Andover.

Anthony serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Board Member, and Investor at Biovista, Inc. Previously, he was the President of Anthony Advisors, Inc., Acting CFO of Arrow Environmental Services, VP of Acquisitions and Investor at TeamScreen, and Associate at Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank).
