Eugenio Clauser is a highly skilled Programme Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects for automotive and motorsport companies. He holds Prince2 and APM PMQ certifications and is currently working toward Scrum Agile accreditation. Clauser has led cross-functional teams from different cultural and business backgrounds in large and geographically dispersed matrix organizations. He has managed relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders including end customers, suppliers, co-designers, and business partners.

He is proficient in managing complexity throughout the entire project life cycle, analyzing problems, developing feasible solutions, fostering new initiatives, and managing tools and techniques for coordinating, supporting, tracking, and reporting across a portfolio of projects.

Clauser has an MBA from the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering summa cum laude from Politecnico di Milano. He has worked for Jaguar Land Rover as a Programme Manager in whole vehicle development, including modular architecture and individual model programmes. Before joining Jaguar Land Rover, he worked for Magneti Marelli, the Fiat Group's Electronic Systems Division, and its Motorsport and Holdings divisions. He also served as the Head of Car Electrics, Electronics, and Data Acquisition at Team Honda Sport Europe - JAS Engineering.
