Its main functions are working with talents and event organisations, marketing and branding, land and property acquisitions, charity and sports.  A detail-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial flair.  She has planned exciting and memorable events from high end incentives, global corporate conferences to golf tournaments as well as music industry parties for the likes of Busta Rhymes, Akon and Black Eyed Peas to name a few and more recently the SVA Group in London who are responsible for Groove Odyssey, Back to 95 and 51st State Festival.  She now applies her excellent knowledge of negotiating deals, planning events and excellent network of contacts, to help companies with the strategic planning and sponsorship activations required to put on major events.  Now residing in Kuala Lumpur, she is able to utilise her entertainments and corporate expertise along with her excellent global network, to drive the careers of successful talents in Asia. Currently employed as Sales and Marketing Manager at Le Noir KL. A majestic 3 level entertainment venue boasting a live music stage on the ground floor Alfresco area, a Club Lounge on the 1st Floor with private table zones and a Roof Terrace with stunning views of Kuala Lumpur including the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Le Noir is situated on Malaysia's first purpose built F&B complex TREC.  The estate has five zones and each has a distinct character, offering an exciting variety of eateries, clubs, bars/pubs, cocktail bars, live music venues and a comedy club.

The company was established in 2012 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia (which translates to Red Hero) as an event management and advertising company and also exporting goods.  From 2014 it grew into the Malaysian market and now has an outstanding reputation based upon integrity and superior results within model management, branding, marketing and event management. The company is run by two entrepreneurial women, Baigalmaa Otgonbayar (Berry), the Founding Managing Director from Mongolia and Sharifah Johanna Hussein (Sugar), CEO, of mixed Malaysian decent.  They both came together with an idea that came from many years of experience in the entertainment and talent industries and have created an agency that carries integrity that they felt was lacking in the world of entertainment talent in South East Asia.
